For data processed within Slack or Microsoft Teams workspaces (e.g., PTO requests, HR workflows), the customer (employer/organization) is the Data Controller, and HR Bible acts as a Data Processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Depending on how you interact with our Services, we may collect:
- Account & Workspace Data: Workspace ID, team ID, user ID, display name, email address (from Slack/Teams).
- Request Data: HR requests submitted via Slack/Teams (e.g., PTO dates, categories).
- Website Data: Name, email, contact details if provided through forms.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device data, pages visited.
- Cookies & Tracking Data: See Section 7.
4. How We Collect Data
Directly from you (forms, requests, communications).
Automatically via integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, per your organization’s authorization.
Through cookies, analytics, and similar technologies.

We use personal data to:

- Process HR-related requests within Slack/Teams.
